Technology for law firms

We help law firms with technology.

Websites, automations and AI, built around how a firm actually works. Right now we're sitting down with lawyers to learn where it hurts.

Kamil Wojtalak & Antoni Pozywilko

By the end of the year we'll have talked to over a hundred law firms.

First we talk. Only then do we build.

Why a conversation comes before any proposal

What we do

Four things. One question underneath.

Which of them makes sense for your firm is exactly what the first conversation is for.

It's the first thing a prospective client checks and the last thing a firm has time for. We build one that carries the standing of the practice and stays easy to change.

  • Positioning and structure settled before design
  • Written for someone choosing a lawyer
  • Editable without calling us
  • Fast, accessible, properly indexed

Every firm has a routine that quietly sits on one person. We map it, then take the repetitive part off their desk.

  • Intake and first contact
  • Documents rebuilt from scratch every week
  • Handoffs between people and tools
  • Deadlines, reminders, status

AI is useful in a firm long before it is impressive. We build the smallest working thing and let it prove itself on your material.

  • One narrow, testable use case
  • Your documents, not a demo dataset
  • A clear read on whether it helps
  • Confidentiality settled up front

Sometimes the answer is not another tool. We help pick the order, the scope, and the thing to leave alone.

  • What to fix and what to leave
  • Build, buy, or drop
  • What it costs to keep running
  • A plan the firm can actually execute

How we work

From a first conversation to something that runs.

  1. 01

    Conversation

Forty-five minutes on how the firm works and where the week goes.

  2. 02

    Bottleneck

We name the one thing that costs the most and can actually move.

  3. 03

    Proof

The smallest working version, built on your material.

  4. 04

    System

What survives the test gets built properly and handed over.

  5. 05

    Ownership

Your team runs it. We stay reachable, not required.

What we're learning

We're in market research, and we say so.

We have no law-firm case studies yet, and we would rather say that than dress up a portfolio. What we do have is a set of questions we are taking to firms right now.

  1. 01

Where does the week actually go?

Every firm we ask names a different hour it never gets back.

  2. 02

What happens between the first call and the first meeting?

It is the part a client judges you on, and the part nobody owns.

  3. 03

Which documents get rebuilt from scratch every week?

Repeat work stays invisible until somebody counts it.

  4. 04

What blocks AI in the firm: the tools, confidentiality, or the idea?

The answer changes what is worth building, and for whom.

If one of these is a sore spot, that is the conversation.

Who we help

Lawyers who want to lead their niche on technology.

Law firms and everyone else working in legal

  • The website no longer matches the standing of the practice.
  • A recurring process depends on one partner being available.
  • The same document gets rebuilt from scratch every week.
  • Client information lives in inboxes and someone's memory.
  • AI looks useful, but nobody can point it at a real task.
  • The problem crosses roles and nobody can write the spec.

Book 45 minutes

We start from the problem, not from a product. We take on the technology: the firm's website, automations for repetitive work, small AI systems. And the business side around it: how the work is organised and what to do first. When something falls outside that, we say so and point you to someone from our network who does it.

Because we are not asking you to buy anything. We ask what slows the firm down, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

We ask how the firm works and where the week goes. You get our read on what we would fix first, whether or not we are the ones who fix it.

The conversation costs nothing. Anything after it is priced per scope, and we quote before we start.

Before anything sensitive is shared, we sign an NDA and agree in writing how data is handled. Nothing goes into a tool the firm has not agreed to.

Yes. This page is in both, and so are we.

Bring one bottleneck. Leave with a next step.
